For the keywords you have indicated we assess the effectiveness of these and make suggestions on similar keywords with greater interest and less competition as well as other keywords that may improve the level of interest from people who actually want your goods or services.
3) Use of your Keywords on your Web Pages
We tell you if you are using your keywords correctly to a good search engine listing.
We examine the use of your keywords in your website title, description, headings and text and tell you how you need to adjust these in order to get a better rating.
4) Use of Titles and Headings
We tell you if your site makes the correct use of titles and headings.
If your titles and headings are incorrectly set-up or contain the wrong content you are less likely to obtain a good ranking. We make recommendations how these should be changed.

We tell you if your web pages are written in a way readable to normal people.
Page readability is a factor in ranking and there are industry standard measures for this. We tell you how readable your site is and make recommendations to improve this.
7) Comparison against top rating sites.
We tell you how your site compares to top rating web sites for your keywords.
Our analysis includes a comparison of your website against the top ranked websites for your keywords. Each of the factors influencing a good rating is compared against the competing websites and recommendations made.
8) Summary of Work Proposed
Taking into account the findings of the report we develop an optimisation plan tailored to your website including the expected time and cost associated with each point and the relative importance of each point.
Our report can be used by us, you or another company to carry out the work.
